We are currently seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to join our Team. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical scopes on multi-family projects from pre-construction to final turnover, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, and manage multiple multi-family projects from tender to close-out Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets in coordination with site teams and general contractors Interpret and review mechanical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance Manage and communicate with developers, consultants, trades, and suppliers Prepare and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders Collaborate with Field manager & Site Foreman to monitor manpower, progress, and site logistics Track project costs, perform quantity take-offs, and manage cost reporting Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance (plumbing, gas, and HVAC) Support the safety program and ensure adherence to WorkSafeBC regulations Investigate and resolve project delays, deficiencies, and RFIs Lead site and coordination meetings and maintain project documentation

Qualifications:

3+ years of mechanical project management experience, ideally in multi-family residential construction Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems in wood frame construction Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and Project scheduling tools such as Procore, & Field Wire. Knowledge of BC Plumbing Code, BC Building Code, WorkSafeBC regulations, and municipal permit processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Trade background (Red Seal Plumbing or HVAC) (Preferred) Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Nice to have) Valid Class 5 driver's license
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
