We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives from Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS[B]) to Execution while applying industry best practices to drive safety, efficiency, and project success.
This is a great opportunity to be working in a matrix organization, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders--including engineering disciplines, construction, HSE, PMO, Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, Business Evaluation, and external partners. In this role, you will refine your project management expertise, guiding resources, delivery, change management, and risk mitigation while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Reporting to the Delivery Manager of Major Projects and working in and exciting environment, you will be:
Lead, coach, and inspire multi-disciplinary teams to safely and efficiently deliver projects on time, within budget, safely and to the highest quality standards
Drive collaboration among stakeholders to foster innovation and continuous improvement
Ensure governance, discipline, and quality assurance throughout project phases
Implement robust project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, using industry-standard tools
Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all project phases
Provide technical guidance and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll bring
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural or related discipline)
5+ years of project management experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry, with a track record of delivering projects of higher value and complexity
Demonstrated commitment to safety, with experience implementing HSE protocols
Strong understanding of project controls within a complex delivery framework
Experience building and leading high-performing teams in challenging environments
Strong communication skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders
Contribute to the overall Major Project Team
PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
