SUMMARY: Full time position within the Sales & Design department.
SALES & DESIGN
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, fabrication, and installation of signage projects from inception to completion
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with clients (National brands and local)
- Build strong, long-term relationships to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs, goals, and expectations to provide proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation, sales) to track progress.
- Address and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Communicate project updates, changes, issues, or delays to both clients and internal staff
- Working with the Project Designer to provide artwork/layouts for customers
- Ensures artwork goes out in a timely manner
- Working with Project Designer to organize projects
- Serve as a point of contact for key accounts
- Work with production teams to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
- Provides top level customer service; ensure constant communication with customers regarding progress, questions and concerns
- Manage expectations and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Develop project timelines, and production schedules
- Ensure quotes are created accurately and efficiently, as required
- Confirm installation dates with customers and handle last-minute changes
- Collect completion photos
- Ensure all required permits, variances, and municipal approvals are obtained
- Communicate project expectations clearly to designers, production, and installers
- Review installed signs for accuracy and quality assurance
- Ensures all information is recorded in Brmity
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Participates in Sales & Design meetings
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Key Requirements
- Existing book of business or established industry connections is considered an asset
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships.
- Ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell services.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
- Experience managing client accounts, handling escalations, and acting as the main point of contact.
- Knowledge in all aspects of the sign industry (Preferred but not required)
- Able to establish and communicate clear instructions
- Able to effectively manage tight deadlines with multiple conflicting priorities
- Strong and efficient problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the proven ability to balance multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail
Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel would be required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,591.93-$100,000.00 per year
