Job Description

Job Title: Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial projects, including high rises, large manufacturing sites, offices, and renovation work with budgets of $5 million or less. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously with a plug-and-play approach. The ideal candidate will have an intermediate level of experience and a strong electrical knowledge.Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial projects, including high rises, large manufacturing sites, offices, and renovation work.
• Oversee project budgets ranging from $50K to $5 million+ for ICI projects (retrofitting or new builds).
• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion.
• Travel frequently to various project sites across Kitchener, Waterloo, London, and Sarnia.
• Utilize MS Office Suite, Adobe PDF, Excel, and Word for project management tasks.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve project goals.

Essential Skills

• 2-5 years of total experience in project management.
• Electrical experience with prior experience in servicing work (e.g., foreman, electrician).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe PDF, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with budgeting for projects ranging from $50K to $5 million+ for ICI projects.
• At least 1 year of experience as a project manager.
• Ability to drive and travel frequently to project sites.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 309-A Electrical License (preferred).
• Experience with BIM360.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Work EnvironmentThe office is located in Kitchener. This is a 5-day on-site role, not hybrid. The workweek includes 44 hours, with overtime available.
