En tant que chef de projet, vous serez organise et axe sur les resultats afin de superviser la planification, la mise en oeuvre et l'execution de plusieurs projets au sein de notre organisation. Vous serez charge de veiller a ce que les projets soient menes a bien dans les delais impartis et dans le respect du cahier des charges, tout en maintenant nos normes de qualite. Le candidat ideal a une formation technique, mecanique ou en automatisation.

PallayPack se specialise dans la conception, le developpement et la livraison d'equipements de haute qualite pour nos clients de l'industrie pharmaceutique. En tant que membre de notre equipe, vous rejoindrez un groupe de professionnels innovants, devoues et animes par une vision commune.

Le role :

Coordonner et gerer les projets depuis la nouvelle commande jusqu'a l'acceptation sur le site du client.

Les projets peuvent consister en des machines fabriquees dans nos locaux ou par l'un de nos partenaires europeens.

Coordonner les reponses aux demandes techniques des clients concernant leurs machines en production.

Assurer la liaison entre nos services internes et les clients en veillant a ce que des informations detaillees soient fournies a chaque etape du projet.

Coordonner les tests d'acceptation en usine, l'installation et les tests d'acceptation sur site.

Creer et tenir a jour la documentation de la matrice du projet pour definir la portee du projet.

Vous serez :

Organise(e), oriente(e) vers les resultats et dote(e) de solides competences en matiere d'analyse et de resolution de problemes.

Vous pouvez travailler de maniere independante et dans un environnement d'equipe collaboratif.

Capable de gerer plusieurs projets, plusieurs echeances et de se tenir au courant de chacune d'entre elles.

Connaissance de la coordination de projet et capacite a comprendre l'equipement technique et a lire les dessins techniques.

Exigences :

Diplome d'ingenieur, DEC technique ou certificat et/ou formation technique avec experience dans le domaine de l'emballage.

2 ans d'experience avec des produits techniques, de la machinerie d'automatisation et/ou une formation technique ou un interet.

Maitrise de l'anglais (ecrit et parle) et niveau fonctionnel du francais ecrit et parle - l'allemand et/ou l'italien seraient un atout.

Vous maitrisez Outlook, Word, Excel et les ordinateurs en general. D'autres programmes que nous utilisons peuvent etre appris.

Capacite et volonte de voyager - passeport et permis de conduire valides exiges.

Etre situe a Montreal et pouvoir se rendre a notre bureau de Kirkland.

As a Project manager, you will be organized and results driven to oversee the planning, implementation and execution of multiple projects within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope maintaining our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate would have a technical, mechanical or automation back ground.

PallayPack specializes in the designing, developing and delivering of high-quality equipment for our customers in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of our team, you will be joining a group of professionals who are innovative, dedicated and driven by a shared vision.

The Role:

• Coordinate and manage projects from new order until acceptance at customers facility.
• Projects may consist of machines manufactured at our facility, or from one of our European partners.
• Coordinate replies to technical enquiries from customers related to their machinery in production.
• Liaise between our internal departments and customers ensuring that detailed information is provided at each project milestone
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests, Installation, and Site acceptance testing.
• Create and keep updated project matrix documentation for use in defining scope or project.

You will be:

• Organized, result oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Able to handle multiple projects, multiple timelines and keep up to date on each.
• Project coordination knowledge and the ability to understand technical equipment and read technical drawings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Technical DEC or Certificate and/or technical background with packaging experience.
• 2 years of experience with technical products, automation machinery and/or technical background or interest.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and functional level of French written and spoken - German and/or Italian would be an asset.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and computers in general. Other programs we use can be learned.
• Able / willing to travel - valid passport and driver's license required.
• Be located within Montreal and able to commute to our office in Kirkland.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,812.33-$80,000.00 per year
