Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified timelines. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project success while fostering collaboration among team members and customers.

Duties

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Implement quality management processes to guarantee high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project implementation from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate product development activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Manage procurement of materials & subcontractor coordination. Collaborate with shop supervisors & welders to ensure quality & efficiency. Monitor project progress & adjust plans as required to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in Project Management in relevant industries. Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management practices. Familiarity with quality management standards and practices. Demonstrated ability in product development processes and methodologies. Strong risk management skills with the ability to foresee potential issues and implement solutions. Strong understanding of welding processes, material & fabrication techniques Ability to read & interpret technical drawings & blueprints

Pay: $57,293.82-$80,000.00 per year
