Role Overview:

The Project Manager will lead landscape project delivery, manage schedules, budgets, and communication with clients and crews across.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project tracking, budget management, and scheduling protocols Work closely with the design department to ensure constructability Participate in early-stage design proposal meetings with clients Build relationships with clients, crew leaders, and internal stakeholders Manage subcontractor coordination and client expectations Perform daily job costing and address scope deviations Conduct estimating for projects Lead weekly status meetings and provide project updates Identify process improvements and support team communication

Qualifications:

Proven project management experience in landscape or construction preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively Familiarity with scheduling and project management software (e.g., LMN, Aspire) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience Health and dental benefits Company truck provided
