Pay rate range - $45/hr. to $50/hr. on W2
100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

o Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously with strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction


o Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors.

o Program Design & Development

o Support the design and development of learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended solutions.


o Use solution-based thinking to align program design with learner needs and business goals.

o Quality Assurance & Evaluation

o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using structured processes.


o Apply problem-solving skills and data analysis to recommend improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement.

o Stakeholder Engagement

o Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective coordination and communication.


o Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions to meet stakeholder expectations

Must Haves Requirement:

1-3 years of previous Project Management experience

o Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously with strong coordination and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction


o Apply a process-driven approach to collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and vendors.

Understand, creating surveys and reporting data Ability to work with SMEs, stakeholders and understanding department culture Proficient in MS Suite

Nice To Haves:

Program Design & Development experience or any experience with Articulate, Brainshark, Elucidate, Vyond, Camtasia QA experience Previous banking experience

Education:

Post-Secondary Degree
