You must possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of computer networking, operating systems, and IT support tools. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer service within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with technical teams to facilitate seamless project execution and support operational efficiency across various platforms including Windows, Teams and ConnectWise.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects according to defined timelines and objectives.
Manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Coordinate with technical teams and business units to achieve project goals.
Skills
Cross-functional team leadership
Coordinating engineers, technicians, contractors, and suppliers.
Vendor & contractor management
Negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving issues.
Telecom network fundamentals
Understanding of wireless, fiber, IP networks, switching, routing, and transmission systems.
3-10+ years of experience in telecom project management (depending on seniority).
Experience with network rollouts, site builds, or infrastructure deployment.
