About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee residential and commercial irrigation projects from planning through completion. This is a key leadership role for someone who is organized, hands-on, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on time and on budget. We're looking for a skilled project manager who is ready to bring their leadership and organizational expertise to the irrigation industry. You'll manage crews, coordinate schedules, liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a very high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage irrigation projects from start to finish. Schedule crews, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines. Supervise crews and ensure quality workmanship. Communicate with clients and other contractors. Read and interpret irrigation plans and site drawings. Track project progress, budgets, and materials. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance to crews.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in irrigation installation and/or project management. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and best practices. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate crews. Leads by example and sets clear expectations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines. Allocates resources efficiently (materials, labor, budget). Can adjust plans when unexpected delays or problems occur. Quickly identifies potential issues and implements solutions. Can anticipate risks and proactively mitigate them. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in the field. Irrigation experience is not necessary, but experience in other trades or a project management position is preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
