Your next career move




Co-lead, support, execute PMO strategy, practices, and procedures. Coordinate internal resources and coordinate third party (client) resources with Service Delivery Manager and assigned Client Account Manager / Business Analyst(s) Develop a detailed project plan in accordance with project deliverables to monitor and track progress, including coordination and leading of all project governance and health checks Triage and manages changes to project scope, project schedule, and overall project effort and costs Measure and report back to Senior Management on overall project performance, using a variety of project management tools and techniques Perform risk management and evaluation to mitigate potential project risks Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation container for each project, including adherence to TAO's PMO Work with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure resource availability and allocation, scope changes as it relates to effort or requirements as well as the timeliness and quality of deliverables Delegate project tasks and deliverables to various internal team members, based on their individual strengths, skill sets, and various experience levels Maintain and meet budgetary objectives as agreed to at the onset of the project, and if necessary, adjust based on project constraints, in conjunction with financial analysis As necessary, work with the Director of HR and the Service Delivery Manager, to ensure sufficient minimum understanding of specific product functionality areas related to the project implementation scope, along with an understanding of all in-scope deliverables and requirements Other duties as assigned.



Does this sound like you?




3-5 years of experience in project management, with a PMP certification and/or a bachelor's degree in a related field Proven expertise in PMO operations and project management policies, procedures, and best practices Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, with experience in agile/scrum methodologies preferred Demonstrated success in implementing software products, ideally within the software development industry (experience delivering software for the financial services industry would be considered an asset) Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as MS Project, Celoxis, GanttPro, and LiquidPlanner Excellent time and cost management skills, with strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong decision-making and prioritization abilities Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across all organizational levels Effective leadership and team-building skills, with experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and people management Experience with the Microsoft technology stack is an asset



Base Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000



Placement within the range is determined through the interview process and is based on a candidate's knowledge skills and qualifications for the role. Additional opportunities for compensation include, but are not limited to: paid vacation, volunteer days, employer paid benefits, profit sharing and bonus program participation (where applicable).
