Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager - Insurance Digital Transformation in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Our client, a leading Canadian financial institution, is undertaking a large-scale Insurance Modernization and Transformation initiative to improve operational efficiency, strengthen financial governance, and enhance the overall customer experience. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join this program and work alongside the Program Manager to drive delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams. This position is ideal for a structured, business-minded project manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within the insurance transformation program.
• Manage program financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and preparation of monthly financial and performance reports.
• Partner with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Maintain governance, risk, and issue management processes in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Prepare dashboards, executive updates, and program reporting materials.
• Lead select project streams from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering transformation or modernization programs in large organizations.
• Background in life insurance, wealth insurance, or related financial services environments (P&C also acceptable).
• Demonstrated experience overseeing financials, budgets, and forecasts for complex programs.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
