Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the design, construction, and commissioning of a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role oversees all phases of the greenfield project, from concept and planning to operational handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with company growth objectives. The Project Manager collaborates with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal cross-functional teams to establish efficient facility layouts, workflows, and processes that support high-performance manufacturing operations.

Education & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record delivering large-scale capital projects in

manufacturing or industrial environments

Greenfield Builds:

Prior experience leading the design and construction of greenfield facilities strongly preferred.

Certification:

PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset.

Knowledge

Construction management practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Manufacturing operations, workflows, and process design. Capital project planning, scheduling, and cost control. Contract negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement. Regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance for industrial projects

Skills

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Exceptional organizational and project planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Financial and analytical skills for managing budgets and resources. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
