The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. This role will manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to quality guidelines throughout the full project life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.

This teammate will be responsible for -

Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for several initiatives simultaneously Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project Manage day-to-day project activities and resources and chair project team meetings Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders Manage ongoing project quality control and participate in quality issue resolution Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards Manage project issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques

What this teammate will bring-

8+ years' experience as a Project Manager PMP certification preferred Experience in Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall Oracle Cloud knowledge an asset ERP implementation experience an asset Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands Extremely detail oriented and organized Exceptional time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and at least intermediate skills in Excel Strong problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to handle multiple complex issues simultaneously. Proven analytical skills Delivers results through detailed action plans/realistic goals/demonstrating accountability and sense of urgency Experience managing projects in a medium sized CPG company a significant asset
