Leads the execution of our DTC strategy across the HIV treatment and prevention portfolio
Leverages primary and secondary market research and analytics to direct brand strategy and optimize marketing tactics
Drives the agenda development and execution of HIV sales meetings, workshops and training sessions aligned to brand strategy
Leverages digital and multichannel tactics in collaboration with the Sales team to drive executional excellence, strong product differentiation and customer loyalty with Gilead
Leads the evolution of POA, messaging and positioning development
Supports our conference activation strategy in collaboration with Opinion Leader Program lead; including conference planning, content development and engagement
Collaborates with Marketing Director on strategic brand planning
Manages OpEx and supports the forecasting process for the HIV portfolio
Works cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Leadership, Analytics, Legal, Regulatory, Medical and other key internal stakeholders
Ensures that all marketing activities follow regulatory and legal requirements
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
8+ years\' pharmaceutical/biotech industry with specialty marketing experience
Sales, sales training and/or marketing research experience is an asset
Experience in design and implementation of DTC pharmaceutical marketing
Ability to successfully work with external agencies to develop campaigns and materials
Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials is preferred
Strategic mindset with a proven ability to work in a cross-functional matrix
Strong analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to identify and understand complex issues and problems, and interpret information in a manner that provides appropriate recommendations to senior management and across functional areas
Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred
