Job Description

Are you ready to lead exciting construction projects and make an impact in a thriving company? We're looking for a Project Manager to join our well-established General Contractor with decades of industry experience!
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee a diverse range of Industrial (ICI) projects, each with unique challenges and rewards.

  • Consult with clients and stakeholders to define project controls, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Draft and manage contracts for consultants, specialists, and contractors, including endorsements, amendments, and change orders.
  • Oversee consultant services, including drawings, specifications, supervision, and work acceptance.
  • Attend site meetings with professionals and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and supervise all site activities.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of project schedules and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Manage customer and subcontractor payment requests, review shop drawings and samples, and address technical questions related to plans and specifications.
  • Monitor and resolve "Conflict Detections" during BIM project execution and ensure effective handling of project deficiencies and amendments.

  • 5-8 years of experience managing ICI projects in a General Contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with PMP certification or similar being a plus.
