Project Manager II (Hybrid Toronto, ON)

Compensation: $100 115K base + 8 10% bonus

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, Toronto core)

About the Role

Our client, a leading Canadian wealth management and financial services firm, is hiring a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to deliver strategic initiatives and business solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and scope, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own full project lifecycle (initiation to closure)

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros)

Manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, and issues; provide clear reporting

Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology

Drive best practices and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

5 8+ years of PM/delivery experience (financial services or fintech an asset)

Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet (or similar)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Working knowledge of cloud (GCP, Azure, or AWS)

Proven risk/issue management and governance experience

Nice to Have

Familiarity with APIs/Web Services (REST/SOAP), CI/CD

Basic awareness of Python/Java/JavaScript/SQL

PMP/CSM/ACP or similar certifications
