As a strategic member of the National Development Centre Human Resources team, the Human Resource Project Manager will contribute to projects that lead to an unforgettable employee experience across Bayshore. The role blends HR project management, portfolio oversight, and product ownership, requiring deep expertise in HR technology, process transformation, and enterprise-level stakeholder engagement.
The Human Resource Project Manager will work closely with cross-divisional business partners, HR Leadership Team, and the HR Operations team (EDIT Team - Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Strategy), to establish, define, and implement improvements of programs, offerings, and initiatives that impact and align with the company's overall priorities and strategic objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Human Resource Project Manager, you will deploy your skills to initiate, organize and drive progression of HR and cross divisional projects; taking lead with requirements gathering, documentation, planning and managing implementations as needed. Those improvements cut across organizational processes, structure, enabling technologies and the use of data and processes to drive business alignment, organizational performance and business value.
