As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of industrial construction projects across multiple contract formats (lump sum, design-build, cost-plus, etc.).You'll ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and building team cohesion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of project delivery including start-up, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.
Oversee site conditions, scope changes, cost controls, and client reporting.
Direct and mentor field teams including Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and Safety Advisors
Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement, and compliance.
Monitor and report on project financials, change orders, and invoicing.
Collaborate across departments and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial or general construction projects ($5M-$20M), within heavy industry and earthwork related projects.
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and risk management.
Familiarity with HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and other estimating/project tools is an asset.
Local subcontractor and supplier relationships in the Thompson-Okanagan area are an advantage.

Pay: $105,000.43-$135,000.69 per year
