5+ years of experience managing HCM system.
3+ years of solid track record implementing UKG modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Succession Management, and LMS.
Certified PMP.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experienced at configuring UKG Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Succession Management, and LMS modules.
Experienced working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors.
Solid track record at managing project plans, budgets, risks, and resources.
Experienced at facilitating stakeholder engagement and change management throughout the implementation process.
Experienced at overseeing data migration, system testing, training, and go-live support.
Familiar with providing post-implementation support.
