3+ years of solid track record implementing UKG modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Succession Management, and LMS.

Certified PMP.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Experienced at configuring UKG Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Succession Management, and LMS modules.

Experienced working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors.

Solid track record at managing project plans, budgets, risks, and resources.

Experienced at facilitating stakeholder engagement and change management throughout the implementation process.

Experienced at overseeing data migration, system testing, training, and go-live support.

Familiar with providing post-implementation support.

Project Manager - HCM implementation (UKG modules)



We are seeking a seasoned

HCM Implementation Project Manager

to lead the end-to-end deployment of UKG modules including

Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Succession Management, and Learning Management System (LMS)

. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on professional with deep experience in UKG implementations and a passion for optimizing human capital processes.

Term:

Contact, 20-25 hrs per week, 8 months.

Experience Level:

Mid to Senior (5-10 years)

Work Mode:

Hybrid (1-day a week on-site in Mississauga for weekly meeting)

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:



Partner with the Senior Manager, HCM & Payroll to lead the full lifecycle implementation of UKG HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful execution. Coordinate meetings with SMEs and HR leaders and ensure ongoing communication with the HR team. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management throughout the implementation process. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and system configuration in collaboration with functional leads. Oversee data migration, system testing, training, and go-live support. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications:



5-10 years of experience managing HCM system implementations, with a strong focus on UKG (formerly UltiPro). Proven track record implementing UKG modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Succession Management, and LMS. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and attend weekly meetings in the Mississauga office.

Preferred Qualifications:



UKG certifications or formal training in relevant modules. Experience configuring UKG Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Succession Management, and LMS modules and willingness to role up their sleeves to assist with this Certified PMP Experience in change management and organizational readiness. Familiarity with Canadian HR compliance and payroll regulations.

Work Environment:



Primarily remote with

weekly in-person collaboration

at the Mississauga office. Flexible hours with a focus on outcomes and team collaboration.
