Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role involves coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals using industry-standard methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban. The Project Manager will also be responsible for risk management, vendor management, and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.

Duties



Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects utilizing appropriate project management methodologies. Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage project scope changes through effective change management processes. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet business needs. Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party vendors to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled. Utilize tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Trello, ServiceNow, Workday, Basecamp, and Project Server for project planning and tracking. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders through presentations and regular updates. Monitor project progress using data analysis skills and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Lead team management efforts by supervising team members and fostering a collaborative environment. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Drive product development initiatives by coordinating requirements gathering and project implementation activities.

Experience



Proven experience in IT project management or related fields with a strong background in Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Kanban methodologies. Supervising experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Extensive vendor management experience including negotiation skills. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle ERP is preferred. Strong knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Primavera P6, Workday, Trello, ServiceNow is required. Experience with data collection and analysis for project reporting purposes. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent leadership capabilities combined with strong organizational skills and effective communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of requirements management tools such as Requirements gathering techniques and Requirements management processes is essential. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $57,969.26-$128,697.02 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
