WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?




We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact software delivery projects within the Capital Markets technology space. This role is critical to ensuring that business and technology objectives are executed efficiently, transparently, and with precision. You will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle across diverse stakeholders and teams -- balancing agile and traditional methodologies, overseeing financials, ensuring compliance with PMO and regulatory standards, and driving execution excellence across onshore and offshore delivery streams. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-level technology transformation while building governance maturity and operational excellence across the portfolio.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?




Project Oversight and Governance

Manage full lifecycle delivery for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment to RBC PMO standards, governance, and control frameworks. Oversee end-to-end project financials including budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, and accruals. Lead estimation efforts, cost allocation, and preparation of Project Approval Requests (PARs). Coordinate with PMO partners to ensure accurate project capitalization and financial compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates, dashboards, and management summaries. Facilitate working group meetings and steerco sessions, ensuring clarity in objectives, risks, and mitigation actions.

Delivery and Risk Management

Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and stand-ups. Monitor monthly software delivery cycles, ensuring quality outcomes and adherence to release schedules. Anticipate operational risks, control deficiencies, and delivery bottlenecks; implement proactive mitigation strategies. Ensure delivery meets compliance, audit, and regulatory standards, supporting reviews and inspections as needed.

Documentation, Reporting, and Metrics

Maintain up-to-date and audit-ready documentation, including RAID logs, financial trackers, and delivery dashboards Generate consistent project health reports with KPIs, risk trends, and performance summaries for senior leadership. Ensure process adherence for change control, release management, and post-implementation reviews. Support ad-hoc reporting, analytics, and administrative functions related to portfolio management.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?



Must Have:



Proven experience in agile project management with a strong track record of delivering software initiatives in complex environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior levels and global teams. Excellent organizational and documentation capabilities with strong ownership of delivery quality. Minimum 5-7 years' experience in technology or software delivery roles. Deep understanding of financial tracking, forecasting, and project governance frameworks.

Nice to Have:



Exposure to US regulatory compliance or Capital Markets environments. Experience in Client Analytics or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). PM or Scrum certification (PMP, PSM, etc.). Experience leading distributed delivery teams across time zones.
