Summary

As a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Muskoka, you will oversee restoration projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating resources, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the recovery process.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to establish project goals and timelines. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle IICRC.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, preferably within the restoration industry. Strong skills in requirements management and program management methodologies. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with project management software such as xactimate, comply with contractor connection and maintain xactanalysis. Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
