Responsibilities:

You will be able to read and understand civil construction drawings You will be able to read and understand contract documents Be computer literate You will frequently be dealing with engineers and consultants. This means that you need to be professional, and must have a certain social temperament. You must demonstrate interpersonal skills and be good at communicating with clients, consultants, project managers and foremen. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality. Be able to multi-task. Be detail-oriented and be able to stay organized in order to deliver your projects on time. Set your own priorities, set goals, meet deadlines, and get your projects done on time. Regularly meet with your managers to discuss the progress of your project.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
