We are looking for a

Project Manager (Franchising Development)

to join Taste for Luxury on a project basis. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and independent professional who will lead the creation and development of our franchising network for Italian high-quality food retail stores.

Responsibilities

Design and develop the franchising project from the ground up. Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with suppliers of equipment and materials (e.g., refrigeration units, coffee machines, cutlery, furnishings, etc.) required to set up franchise stores. Manage and maintain strong commercial relationships with suppliers. Develop and execute posting strategies on online platforms to attract potential franchisees. Screen, interview, and select franchisee candidates. Coordinate and oversee the initial phases of franchise setup, ensuring alignment with Taste for Luxury's brand and quality standards. Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to management while ensuring timely execution of project milestones.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, business development, or franchising. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, independence, and problem-solving mindset. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Flexibility to work on a project basis with variable hours (not a fixed 9-to-5 role). Proficiency with digital tools for project tracking, communication, and posting on franchise platforms.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
