We're looking for a high-performing, well-rounded individual with real experience to lead projects in the field, solve difficult structural problems on the fly, keep operations flowing, and grow with us as we scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing foundation replacements, repairs, and stabilizations while managing production teams, and timelines on the ground. You'll be tasked with solving and estimating structural projects out in the field and providing detailed instructions for repairs to production teams.
What You Bring:
Experience and in-depth understanding of structural components
Strong leadership and crew management skills
High-level organization and the ability to plan ahead
Solid understanding of regulations, engineering and permitting
Critical thinking and problem-solving under pressure
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally when needed
