. We are seeking a

Project Manager

to oversee and drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring

deadlines, budgets, and quality standards

are met.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage

projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are

completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations

. Contract negotiations and change orders. Coordinate with detailers, engineers, the Operations Manager, and senior management to ensure seamless project execution. Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules. Oversee the smooth execution of fieldwork and steel erection projects. Work closely with the

Working Site Foreman

to coordinate on-site activities and address project challenges. Collaborate with

clients, contractors, and internal teams

to define project scope and deliverables. Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans to ensure success. Identify and mitigate

potential risks

before they impact project timelines. Maintain

clear and consistent communication

with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues. Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and regulatory standards

. Manage

project documentation

, including reports, budgets, and timelines. Participate in project meetings and briefings to ensure team alignment and efficiency. Travel to job sites as needed, with accommodations provided for out-of-town projects.

What You Bring to Weston Manufacturing

Strong

project management skills

with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Ability to manage

multiple projects

while maintaining high attention to detail. Experience managing

road crews or field teams

is an asset. Experience in

steel erection

and familiarity with fieldwork logistics. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

to manage client and team expectations. Strong

leadership qualities

with the ability to

motivate and guide teams

. Problem-solving abilities to proactively overcome challenges and keep projects on track.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Airtable, Procore). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and contract management. Experience in construction or manufacturing project management is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$48.00 per hour
