About the role:

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and take charge of our merchant processing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While industry experience is a plus, we will provide training on the specific tasks involved.

This will start as an hourly position with the potential to go full-time. This position is remote, with a preference for candidates in South America. You will be expected to have good availability during US business hours.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the merchant processing and e-com industry

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

Create and submit agreements for processor applications

Oversee and follow up during the underwriting and approvals process

Investigate and resolve various issues related to merchant processors

Manage and provide leadership to a small team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth merchant processing operations

Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains

Help build and maintain strong relationships with merchant processors
