We are seeking a dedicated

Field Glazing Project Manager,

to join our team in Calgary, AB. As Field Glazing Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end coordination of all Field Glazing projects (Same-Day, Unplanned, and Out-of-Town). You'll ensure every job is completed on time, on budget, and to the impeccable quality our clients expect; while leading and supporting our field glazing crews with clear communication and proactive planning.

Key Responsibilities

Receive order notifications and create accurate service requests for PM, Service, and Renovation teams. Gather all required information to ensure flawless field glazing execution, adhering to Standard Work. Verify material and glass availability; order glass when needed Schedule appointments with field glaziers and clients, ensuring efficient workflow. Perform final site-readiness checks (including coordinating site inspections with the Field Service Manager). Coordinate parts picking, staging, and glass delivery to crew or site. Track progress, ensure completion, obtain client acceptance, and close tickets. Address deficiencies quickly and professionally. Continuously improve processes, reduce errors, and adapt to changing conditions. Step in to resolve high-pressure situations calmly, collaboratively, and effectively.

Projects delivered on schedule, within budget, and with zero compromise on quality or safety Field Glazing crews are fully supported, informed, and able to execute their work efficiently. Clients consistently say "That was the best service experience we've ever had" Internal teams view you as the go-to person who ensures smooth operations and problem resolution.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven project management and team leadership experience. 3+ years in manufacturing or construction, glazing or fenestration experience a strong asset Hands-on ERP experience (Fenevision strongly preferred) Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Critical thinker who remains calm under pressure and meets deadlines without exception Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement Unwavering commitment to safety and delivering the ultimate client experience
