TKB Group is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of accountability across operations, documentation, timelines, and execution.
This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Project planning and execution across multiple active jobs, including scheduling, budgeting, and milestone tracking
Coordination with internal departments such as design, production, installation, and accounting
Managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure scope, quality, and timelines are met
Reviewing drawings, specifications, change orders, and contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment
Monitoring project costs, approving expenses, and allocating costs to correct job numbers
Maintaining project documentation, logs, and communication through Buildertrend and internal systems
Conducting regular site visits and progress meetings as required
Identifying risks, resolving issues proactively, and escalating concerns when necessary
Ensuring compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and contractual obligations
Providing clear updates to leadership and clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project management within construction, millwork, cabinetry, or related industries
Strong understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and trade coordination
Experience using project management software, Buildertrend experience is considered a strong asset
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
Comfortable reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Strong financial awareness including budgeting, cost tracking, and invoicing coordination
Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
Valid driver's license and ability to attend job sites as required
