Project Manager / Estimator
Job Description
We're hiring a Project Manager/Estimator to support commercial, industrial, and institutional flat roofing projects. This role reports directly to the Senior Estimator and focuses on pricing, bid preparation, and technical review of roofing opportunities.
What You'll Do
Monitor bid platforms and identify commercial roofing projects to pursue
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes for flat roofing projects
Prepare accurate cost estimates, takeoffs, and pricing summaries
Create and submit competitive bid proposals
Attend site walks and pre-bid meetings as required
Support the Senior Estimator throughout the bid and handoff process
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Roofing Estimator or equivalent education in architectural design Minimum 2 years of experience estimating roofing construction (required) Strong technical knowledge of flat roofing systems and materials Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
