Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated

Project Manager / Estimator

who understands caulking and restoration projects and can also drive business through strong client relationships and sales skills. The ideal candidate will know how to prepare accurate quotes, read blueprints, manage crews, and confidently present solutions to clients to secure contracts.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for caulking and restoration jobs. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project planning. Present proposals to clients, explain project value, and close contracts. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business. Plan, organize, and oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Manage employees and subcontractors on-site, ensuring work is completed safely and to high standards. Act as the main point of contact with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management within caulking or restoration. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents. Strong sales experience with the ability to present, negotiate, and close contracts. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with clients and crews. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
