What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a motivated individual with:
A BC Registered Professional Biologist, Geoscientist, Engineer, or Agrologist
3-5 + years of working within the BC CSR
Strong communication and technical skills, attention to detail, and data analysis.
Able to lead projects, manage field activities, and work directly with contractors and clients.
Take projects from the proposal stage through to report release while building trust with clients and subcontractors.
The ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
A valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Responsibilities:
Lead Phase I and II ESAs, including design and execution of field programs.
Data analysis; interpret lab results and migration pathways.
Design and oversee site remediations.
Conduct long-term environmental monitoring and prepare progress reports for various investigations and remediations.
Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, including cost estimation and resource planning. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Liaise with regulators, clients, property owners, and contractors to support project approvals.
Maintain and grow client relationships through consistent communication and reliable project delivery.
Work closely with junior staff and subcontractors during field programs and reporting.
Follow all health and safety protocols, identify potential field hazards, and ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific safety standards.
