Overview:Hexagon\xe2\x80\x99s Autonomous Solutions division is looking for a Project Manager - Engineering Process Improvement with experience in Process Improvement Initiatives to join our Research & Development organization. This role will focus on the Project Management of cross-department and cross-division projects and programs. Work includes the management of process improvement activities to drive alignment and step-function improvements between various processes, teams, and tools. This role will work closely with the Project Management & Process Development teams within Hexagon\xe2\x80\x99s Autonomous Solutions division.Reporting to the Director, Program & Process Management, you will work with talented Engineering and Project Management teams across the Hexagon Autonomy and Positioning division to deliver on complex Programs. Responsibilities:As a Project Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Engineering Process Improvement, your Responsibilities include:

• Management of cross-divisional process improvement projects and programs from conception through institutionalization
• Management of cross-department/divisionImprovement, including:

• Stakeholder Management: Working with stakeholders to define the program structure and management strategy.
• Project Operating Model: Defining a method of operations to ensure efficient executions of all improvement projects
• Project Execution and Delivery: Building and executing project plans to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet the business objectives
• Reporting and Risk Management: Ensure timely and clear communication with stakeholders, including the appropriate escalation of issues
• Ongoing Prioritization: Management and prioritization of cross-project issues to drive success
• Implementation: Development of training materials and documentation updates
• Working with Engineering and Leadership teams to identify, analyze, scope, and prioritize improvement opportunities
• Participant in the Program & Process Management Leadership team to support the development of Project Management best practices and community growth

Qualifications:Must-Have:

• 10+ years of combined product development and project management experience in an engineering technology organization
• Demonstrated experience in driving change initiatives and making changes stick
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver defined outcomes
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire others to do their best work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, demands and timelines
• Solid understanding of project and program management methodologies
• BSc. in Engineering or Computer Science

Key Success Factors:

• Strong interpersonal skills for fostering productive relationships and creating a collaborative working atmosphere
• Ability to influence and motivate those around you

Nice-to-Have:

• PMP (or comparable) designation
• Experience with safety or process standards such as ISO 26262, DO-178C, ASPICE
• Lean Six Sigma certifications
• Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks
