Project Manager - Electrical Construction

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will provide leadership in the field and office, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships. While estimating may be part of the position, your primary focus will be ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including schedules, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction.

Lead and coordinate labor resources, purchasing, and project financials (billings and cash flow).

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and general contractors.

Identify risks, resolve issues, and proactively manage project changes.

Support estimating efforts on select projects (not the main focus).

Review and negotiate contracts with attention to detail and risk management.

Visit job sites as needed and lead project close-out, including lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Red Seal Electrician, Electrical Engineering degree, or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate.

Minimum 2 years' experience in Electrical Project Management (estimating background is an asset).

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (AutoCAD experience an asset).

Working knowledge of Accubid Pro and Change Order Pro is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and align teams.

Leadership mindset--driving projects forward, not just managing them.

Compensation:

Competitive salary: $80,000-$115,000 (based on experience).
