About the Role



We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented

Project Manager

to plan, execute, and support the delivery of pavement marking projects. This role combines the strategic responsibilities of a Project Manager with the hands-on coordination duties of a Project Coordinator -- ensuring projects are well-planned, efficiently executed, and aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities



Project Manager Roles



Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, schedules and resource allocations. Manage project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between teams and external vendors. Lead project meetings, track milestones, and ensure alignment across crews. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to management.

Project Coordination Roles



Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items. Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and change requests. Support budget tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination. Monitor and update task assignments and deadlines in project management tool (Zebra Online) Ensure that all project deliverables and documentation are stored and organized for easy access. Follow up with team members on action items and deliverable deadlines. Support the onboarding of new project team members.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Solid understanding of project management methodologies. Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's licence and submission of a 5-year Driver's Abstract with less than 7 demerits Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours to accommodate project schedule when required
