We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various mitigation projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage the execution of restoration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
Utilize Encircle and Restoration Manager for resource management and project tracking.
Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues.
Analyze data related to project performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, and presentations.
Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among team members.
Skills
Proficiency in Xactimate
Strong program management capabilities with a focus on restoration projects.
Experience in supervising teams effectively.
Familiarity with Workday or similar project management tools.
Excellent restoration project management skills with a track record of successful completions.
Strong team management abilities to motivate and guide team members towards common goals.
Exceptional communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Proven leadership qualities to inspire confidence in team members and stakeholders alike.
Solid data analysis skills for evaluating project metrics and outcomes.
Experience in successful project implementation across various domains.
