Technical & Operational Oversight Understand PowerOptix capabilities, modules, and integration requirements to guide project scope and sequencing. Oversee system configuration, data migration, API integration, and market interface setup. Ensure compliance with relevant market operator requirements (ISO/RTO markets such as ERCOT, PJM, CAISO, etc., if applicable). Risk & Quality Management Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; create contingency plans as needed. Drive QA readiness, validation testing, UAT, and cutover planning. Ensure deliverables meet quality, performance, and regulatory standards. Process Optimization Standardize repeatable implementation processes and documentation. Capture lessons learned and integrate continuous improvements into the delivery framework. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance PowerOptix functionality and implementation efficiency.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience, ideally in software implementation, energy technology, or enterprise SaaS delivery. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification (a plus). Strong understanding of energy markets, power operations, optimization systems, or real-time scheduling platforms (preferred). Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase technical projects with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet). Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable project plans.
