Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager who loves residential renovations, working with clients, and seeing designs come to life? Beautiful Spaces Renovations is a growing design build renovation company based in Edmonton, and we are looking for someone who can help us manage and estimate our expanding workload.

We specialize in full home remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and high quality transformations. We are a small, friendly, fast paced team that values great communication, design, trades relationships, and delivering an amazing client experience. If you enjoy a variety of work, have strong organizational skills, and love renovations, we would love to meet you.

What you'll do

Assist with estimating, reviewing drawings, scopes, and trade quotes Write detailed scopes of work for trades and internal teams Create job budgets, schedules, and material takeoffs Manage day to day operations on active job sites Manage quality control at each stage of works to ensure high standards Coordinate trades and suppliers to keep projects on schedule Perform site visits, measure, and help with material procurement Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle Track job progress, costs, change orders, and deficiencies Support the owners in streamlining systems as we grow

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience in residential renovations, construction management Strong understanding of renovation processes and sequencing Ability to estimate labour, materials, and trade costs Confident writing clear scopes of work for trades and suppliers Ability to manage quality control at each stage of works Ability to read drawings, plans, and construction details Strong communication and time management skills Comfortable coordinating several projects at once Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently Organized, detail oriented, and able to track budgets, schedules, and changes Proficient computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, project management tools) Knowledge of building codes, common construction practices, and site safety Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for site visits Positive attitude and ability to work well with clients, trades, and a small, fast paced team Ability to lift light materials and walk job sites as required

Pay: $35.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
