This Role Is for You If You:
Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
Have strong attention to detail and follow a proven process
Know how to manage time, tasks, and priorities effectively
Are comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools
Are proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Are dependable, punctual, and committed to professionalism
Are flexible with scheduling, including some weekends
Enjoy working with customers in person, helping guide them through product options and project details

What You'll Do
Meet with customers to understand project needs and guide them through window and door solutions
Manage projects from initial consultation through installation completion
Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system
Coordinate scheduling, timelines, and communication between teams
Ensure customers receive five-star service at every stage
Resolve issues with professionalism, care, and problem-solving skills
Travel to customer locations daily (up to 100% of work time)
Requirements
Live in the greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate
Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer sales
Strong customer service background
Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
Excellent interpersonal communication with a diplomatic, positive, and energetic attitude
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage changing priorities
Reliable, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality work
