We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead our project teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies, budgeting, and team management, as well as familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and SAS. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to product development.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present project updates. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. Utilize Salesforce for tracking project milestones and team performance. Conduct regular meetings to keep team members informed and engaged. Implement best practices in time management to enhance productivity. Oversee product development processes ensuring alignment with client expectations. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Salesforce and SAS is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in budgeting and financial oversight of projects. Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership. Familiarity with product development processes is a plus. Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and problem-solving.

Pay: $62,179.29-$124,443.95 per year
