Summary

As a Project Manager at Shignanski Construction, you will oversee various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to be recognized as a leader in the custom home building and renovation market.

Responsibilities

Own and oversee

multiple residential reno projects

(kitchens, basements, additions, exteriors, etc.) Coordinate trades, suppliers, permits, and inspections Track progress, budget, and quality -- and adjust on the fly when needed Communicate clearly with homeowners (and stay calm when surprises pop up) Keep our job sites clean, safe, and organized Solve problems before they become problems

Requirements

3-5+ years of

project management in residential construction

Deep understanding of framing, finishes, and how a reno reallygoes Organized, tech-friendly, and strong with budgets & schedules A valid driver's license and your own vehicle (mileage paid) Great with people -- from trades to homeowners Bonus if you've worked with Buildertrend or similar project software
