About the role:

ETRO Construction is seeking a

Project Manager:

to join our Dynamic Operations team. Dynamic Operations oversees projects under $10 million, primarily within the ICI sector. This role is responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with client expectations, organizational standards, and regulatory requirements.


The Project Manager oversees project financials, schedules, and quality outcomes while fostering collaboration among internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. As a key leader, the PM acts as a mentor, communicator, and problem solver-driving operational excellence through proactive planning, strategic decision-making, and strong leadership.

What you'll do:

Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, supporting their professional growth and ensuring deliverables are met. Actively participate in ETRO's People Builder Program as both a Coach and a Player. Oversee subcontractor tendering, award, and procurement processes. Manage change order pricing, negotiations, and approvals with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Develop, monitor, and update construction schedules in collaboration with site teams. Establish and maintain procurement and submittal logs with support from the Project Coordinator. Prepare and issue monthly progress invoices and manage project financials and forecasts. Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing strategies to maintain timelines and budgets. Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices. Ensure all work meets ETRO's quality standards, drawings, and specifications. Promote health and safety by supporting site initiatives, inspections, and toolbox talks. Chair project meetings and provide updates on progress and budget. Oversee project closeout, ensuring documentation and financial reconciliation are completed accurately and on time.

What you bring:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience managing construction projects in the ICI sector.

Education:

Certificate, diploma, or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical:

Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and financial systems.

Skills:

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
