As a
Project Manager - Deployment and Training
, you will play a key role in implementing this solution for our clients. Working under the supervision of the VP of Business Development, you will ensure a smooth and tailored rollout for each client, while actively contributing to the evolution of our platform. Over 500 companies already rely on Paperless Forms. Your expertise will make a real difference.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
Planning deployment timelines with clients
Creating user accounts and profiles
Building control sheets in Paperless format
Adapting forms according to client needs
Delivering user training, from operators to managers
Conducting regular deployment follow-ups with clients
Developing and maintaining technical documentation, reference tools, and procedures
Keeping the client contact database up to date
Staying informed about new trends in technology
To confirm you're the ideal candidate, here's what we're looking for:
Native-level English (spoken and written)
10 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the food industry
Strong knowledge of HACCP and GFSI standards (FSSC 22000, BRC, SQF)
Ability to manage multiple projects
Strong prioritization skills, autonomy, and leadership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Power BI skills (an asset)
Working conditions:
One-year contract with possibility of renewal
Hourly rate based on experience and skills (according to current salary scale)
Flexible work: remote work possible, stable 35-hour workweek
