Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with a focus on heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in delivering projects of all sizes, coordinating with clients and engineering teams, and supporting our growing operations.

Project Manager



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist in planning and coordination of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines. Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders. Facilitate communication between engineering teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Support identification and mitigation of project risks and issues. Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Assist with quality assurance and verification tasks. Manage smaller projects independently. Maintain schedules, track budgets, and manage risks. Prepare reports and meeting minutes. Assist with proposals and infrastructure support. Attend meetings and follow up on action items.
Requirements and Qualifications:

3+ years of project management experience. Degree in Engineering (Civil or related discipline) required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel (Nova Scotia primarily). Comfortable with hybrid work after onboarding.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 4 days/week in office in Dartmouth, NS for the first 6 months, then flexible remote options upon approval.
