What You'll Do:

Plan and Schedule Projects:

Build and manage project schedules, making sure every detail--labor, materials, and equipment--is coordinated for smooth, on-time delivery. Keep the team moving efficiently by allocating resources smartly and minimizing downtime.

Focus on Quality:

Make sure every project meets our high standards--and the industry's too. Conduct regular inspections, catch and fix any issues, and deliver results our clients will love.

Lead the Team:

Guide and mentor field crews, including roofers, foremen, and supervisors, to bring out their best work. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability while helping the team grow their skills.

Keep Budgets on Track:

Monitor project budgets closely, managing costs for materials, labor, and overhead. Work with suppliers to get the best deals without compromising quality.

Prioritize Safety:

Make safety a top priority by enforcing policies and OSHA standards on every site. Lead regular safety meetings and inspections to prevent risks before they happen.

Build Client Relationships:

Be the go-to contact for clients--answering questions, addressing concerns, and keeping them updated throughout the project. Handle any issues professionally, ensuring our reputation for reliability stays strong.

Stay Organized:

Keep thorough project records--daily logs, change orders, and material tracking. Share detailed production updates with senior management when needed.

What We're Looking For:

At least

3 years

of experience as a Project Manager in construction or roofing. Expertise in

metal cladding, asphalt shingles, siding, and flat roofing systems

. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A strong leader and communicator who's also highly organized. Deep knowledge of safety regulations and construction quality standards.

What You'll Get:
