Project Manager / Coordinator

The Project Manager oversees assigned restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and team members while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage restoration or construction projects. Serve as the main contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Plan and coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets. Track project progress and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Identify and resolve project issues promptly.

Skills and Knowledge

Must have construction or project management knowledge and experience; Experience working with insurance companies would be an asset; Must have experience using word processing, job management or project management software, filing, composing a variety of business documents, gathering and compiling data, and balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects and jobs; and Experience using estimating tools such as Xactimate and/or Symbility software or other estimating packages would be an asset.
