Company Profile We build and install amazing visual projects for high profile clients (e.g., Lululemon, Arc\xe2\x80\x99teryx, Browns Restaurants, etc.). Our specialities are custom architectural signs, metal fabrication, illuminated signs and interactive environments - everything we do is custom and no two projects are the same. About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager who is motivated, results driven, creative and thrives on successfully executing projects. Specifically, we will look to you for:
- Thoroughly understanding project scopes (e.g., attending project handover meetings with the sales / estimating team and reading all project documentation)
- Leading, planning and overseeing project deliverables, installation schedules and project documentation
- Coordinating internal resources and team members
- Ensuring timely and effective communication with clients
- Coordination with general contractors, other trades, etc., including site visits as may be required
- Keeping projects on budget
- Maintaining accurate document control records including tracking shop drawing submittals, change orders, purchase orders and other relevant project controls
- Reporting out to internal team and clients on project statuses
- You are creative, innovative, genuinely happy and caring - we really look after our customers
- You are very organized and have a strong attention to detail - able to keep track of project deliverables for multiple projects using software tools
- You have amazing people skills - you are great with developing relationships, not afraid to talk to people and are well spoken
- You have construction experience (i.e., can read blueprints, are familiar with how a commercial job site works)
- Must have strong computer skills
- You have a driver\'s license (site visits within the Lower Mainland)
- Earn $55K - $90K+, based on experience
