Fondee en 2001, Immobilier YULiv est une societe immobiliere privee basee a Montreal. YULiv possede, developpe et exploite des centaines de proprietes dans le centre-ville. Depuis sa creation, YULiv n'a cesse de croitre d'annee en annee et detient aujourd'hui un portefeuille diversifie de proprietes residentielles, commerciales, de detail et de bureaux. Nous sommes presentement a la recherche d'un(e) charge(e) de projets pour joindre notre equipe dynamique a Montreal.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES



Sous la supervision du Directeur de projets et en collaboration avec une equipe technique d'architectes et de consultants (ingenieurs et autres specialistes), le Charge de projet sera responsable de developper des projets et mettre a profit ses competences pour executer les taches qui lui seront confiees telles que :

Planifier, organiser, diriger et controler les projets de renovation, de construction et d'entretien assignes; Participer aux reunions internes de planification et de suivi de projet; Representer Immobilier YULiv aupres des entrepreneurs et des professionnels (participer a la reunion de demarrage, aux reunions de chantier, etc.) ainsi qu'aupres des autorites concernes (bureau de l'arrondissement, SIM, CSDM, etc.); Obtenir et evaluer des soumissions pour l'execution des travaux; Planifier les besoins de main-d'oeuvre, de materiaux, d'equipements et d'outillages; Produire et mettre a jour l'echeancier du projet; Visites de chantiers regulieres et documentation de l'avancement (photos, notes de visites, etc.); Faire le suivi des dessins d'atelier et gerer les avis de changement; Fournir a la comptabilite l'information relative a l'avancement du projet et veiller a la preparation de la facturation; Determiner et obtenir les permis requis pour l'execution du projet; Implanter et superviser le programme de prevention sur les chantiers assignes; Coordonner et gerer la prevention en matiere de sante et securite au travail; Superviser le projet dans son entier et apporter toute correction si necessaire; S'assurer que toutes les modifications au contrat sont mises a jour regulierement; S'assurer de la conformite a toutes les lois et reglements en vigueur qui s'appliquent; Gerer les rapports de non-conformite d'execution; Gerer le classement de la documentation relative au projet; Gerer des accessoires sur les chantiers tel que conteneur a dechets, jig, etc.

Since its founding, YULiv has continued to grow year after year and now holds a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and office properties. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Montreal.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES



Under the supervision of the Project Director and in collaboration with a technical team of architects and consultants (engineers and other specialists), the Project Manager will be responsible for developing projects and applying their skills to carry out the assigned tasks, such as:

Plan, organize, manage, and control assigned renovation, construction, and maintenance projects; Participate in internal planning and project follow-up meetings; Represent Immobilier YULiv with contractors and professionals (attend kick-off and site meetings, etc.) as well as with relevant authorities (borough office, fire department, school board, etc.); Obtain and evaluate bids for the execution of construction work; Plan labor, material, equipment, and tooling requirements; Produce and update the project schedule; Conduct regular site visits and document progress (photos, site notes, etc.); Follow up on shop drawings and manage change orders; Oversee cost tracking for each project and ensure proper invoicing; Determine requirements and obtain the permits for project execution; Implement and supervise the prevention program on assigned sites; Coordinate and manage occupational health and safety prevention measures; Oversee the entire project and make corrections as needed; Ensure that all contract modifications are regularly updated; Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; Manage non-conformance reports; Manage project documentation filing; Manage site accessories such as waste containers, jigs, etc.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
