The

Project Manager

is responsible for managing day to day issues involved in various projects, maintaining good cost records for each project in regards to installation, reviewing, and extra-to-contract costs and being an effective liaison between the customer, site, drafting and production departments.

Role and responsibilities:



Oversee and document all aspects of the project, work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule Coordinating with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and scope of work. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. o Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period. Conducting a post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

What we are looking for ?



Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, construction engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience in project management in construction Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software; Knowledge of computer-aided design (Autocad). Knowledge of aSa program (an asset); Strong organizational and communication skills; Fast learner and ability to meet deadlines; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Autonomy and efficiency; Patience and ability to work under pressure;
